We’re Hiring: Traffic Planner
Full-time, Permanent
£25,000 – £34,000 per year (depending on experience)
Location: Aldridge, WS9 8EX (in person)

About the role:
This role supports the day-to-day running of our transport and compliance operations. You’ll work with drivers, customers, ports, and external partners to help keep deliveries running smoothly and in line with regulations.
Full on-the-job training will be provided, making this ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in transport and logistics.
What you’ll be doing:
- Speaking with customers and drivers in a friendly, professional manner
- Answering calls and handling day-to-day transport queries
- Supporting transport compliance, including driver hours and vehicle records
- Assisting with vehicle planning, routing, and bookings into ports
- Processing transport paperwork and keeping accurate records
- Liaising with ports, depots, customs brokers, and freight forwarders
- Supporting the transport team with general administration
What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in transport, logistics, or the container sector is an advantage but not essential.
