This role is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious mid-level to senior designer looking for the next step in their career. Within this highly important role, you will lead the vision and ensure all creative output of the agency is of the highest excellence to create industry-leading work. You will lead and manage the creative freelance and in-house team to develop outstanding and innovative beauty and fragrance projects, whilst also being a core part of the design process yourself.
